• Manage and oversee daily store operations and inventory activities
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials and goods
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Utilize MS Office and relevant software (e.g., SAP/TALLY) for documentation and reporting
• Support internal teams with timely supply of materials as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in store operations as a Store Assistant or Supervisor (preferred)
• Experience in process, food, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a MUST
• Knowledge of SAP or TALLY is desirable
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Fresh graduates with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office may also be considered
