My client in the fashion retail industry is looking to hire a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will support store management in supervising staff, monitoring sales performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the store operates efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in fashion or retail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage both people and store processes effectively.

• Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
• Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 (depending on experience)
• Experience Required: 2–4 years in the fashion or retail industry

• Supervise daily store operations and support the store manager.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues when necessary.
• Monitor sales targets and assist the team in achieving them.
• Oversee product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Supervise store staff and assist with scheduling and task delegation.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.

• 2–4 years experience in the fashion or retail industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
