• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders
• Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately in the inventory system or stock register
• Ensure goods are properly arranged, labelled, and stored for easy identification and retrieval
• Issue goods only upon receipt of approved requisitions or authorized instructions
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records
