• Manage construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems.
• Monitor stock levels and flag reorder needs.
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials.
• Issue materials only against approved requisitions.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and organization of stock.
• Prepare stock reports and maintain audit-ready records.
• Track material usage, returns, losses, and wastage.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Site Teams on material needs.
• Escalate stock shortages and potential material delays.

• OND/HND/BSc in Store Management, Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
• Construction or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of construction materials is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• High integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in an active construction site environment.
