The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, dating, storing, and maintaining rotation of goods, pulling requisitions, decanting, palletizing, retrieving products/equipment/uniforms, and delivering to units as required. Additional duties include inventory management, data entry, record keeping, and coordinating with procurement teams.

For Kubwa (Abuja) & Ilorin:

• Receive, date, store, and maintain rotation of goods.
• Pull requisitions, decant, palletize, and retrieve products, equipment, uniforms, etc.
• Deliver to units as required.

For Ikoyi (Lagos):

• Oversee and administer store operations.
• Receive, identify, and verify merchandise; assist customers.
• Maintain inventory using inventory management software; prepare purchase requisitions.
• Maintain files (invoices, order numbers, receiving/shipping dates); prepare reports.
• Verify ledgers, statements, and supporting documents.
• Handle/store special products requiring knowledge of toxicity, fragility, contamination, etc.
• Arrange stock according to procedures; suggest substitutes when needed.
• Oversee delivery of merchandise; coordinate special deliveries.
• Keep records of shipped/received/transferred items.
• Update procurement team on stock status to avoid stock-outs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of work areas.

For Kubwa (Abuja):

• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; maximum OND/HND.
• Prior retail/store management experience advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kubwa, Abuja.

For Ikoyi (Lagos):

• OND from a reputable institution.
• Basic computer and report writing skills.
• Data entry skill required.
• High sense of integrity.
• Must be able to work in Ikoyi, Lagos.

For Ilorin (Kwara):

• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Minimum SSCE/WAEC; maximum OND.
• Prior retail/store management experience advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be a resident of Ilorin, Kwara State.
