• Receive, inspect, and properly store all clothing materials and supplies upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movement using manual and/or computerized systems.
• Issue materials strictly in accordance with approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure the store remains clean, orderly, secure, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels continuously and notify management of items requiring replenishment.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports accurately.
• Safeguard company assets against theft, damage, or loss through vigilant oversight.

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Logistics, or related discipline (Required).
• At least 1–2 years’ experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of inventory management principles and meticulous record-keeping practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory software is an added advantage.
• Must be honest, detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proximity to Yaba area is strongly preferred for operational convenience.
• Ability to handle physical demands of lifting, moving, and organizing heavy materials.
• Strong integrity and accountability in managing valuable textile inventory.
