A company is seeking a creative and imaginative Story Writer & Social Media Content Creator to create engaging, story-driven content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The organization focuses on producing compelling narratives that hook viewers and keep them engaged.

• Write original and engaging stories for YouTube and social media.
• Develop storylines with emotion, suspense, humor, conflict, plot twists, and meaningful endings.
• Create powerful hooks that capture attention immediately.
• Develop emotional, inspirational, funny, dramatic, relationship, friendship, betrayal, and life-lesson stories.
• Break longer stories into scenes suitable for AI-generated and edited videos.
• Write natural dialogue for voiceovers and lip-sync videos.
• Maintain character and storyline consistency across scenes.
• Create content that is relatable, engaging, and shareable.
• Edit videos using CapCut.
• Add captions, music, sound effects, transitions, zooms, and other elements that enhance storytelling.

• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
• Understands social media content and audience retention.
• Can create strong hooks and engaging narratives.
• Has a vivid imagination and can develop original story ideas.
• Understands pacing, character development, dialogue, and plot structure.
• Is comfortable creating content for multiple platforms.
• Has hands-on experience with CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Is reliable, creative, and able to work independently.
• Can meet deadlines and consistently produce quality content.

Please Note

This is more than a writing role. You will be involved in taking a story from the initial idea → script → scenes → edited video → social media content.
