The Structured Finance Analyst will support the structuring, analysis, and execution of financing transactions, conduct financial modelling and credit analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to management.

• Conduct financial analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Evaluate credit risks and transaction viability.
• Support the design and execution of financing structures.
• Prepare investment memoranda and transaction reports.

• Support due diligence and documentation processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or related qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in structured finance, corporate finance, investment banking, credit analysis, treasury, or related functions within the financial services sector.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Knowledge of lending products and financial markets.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
