The Student Assistant / Intern will support vendor management activities, track vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, collect and analyze performance data, prepare reports and dashboards, and support operational audits and process improvement initiatives.

• Track vendor performance against KPIs & SLAs.
• Collect, validate, and analyze vendor performance data.
• Prepare vendor scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Monitor daily transport and logistics vendor activities.
• Support escalation management and issue resolution tracking.
• Support vendor onboarding, qualification, and compliance documentation.
• Generate KPI reports: OTD, Transit Time, Safety, Cost Performance.
• Attend vendor meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Support operational audits and process improvement initiatives.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Admin, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting principles.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
