The Sun King Store Executive will ensure overall store performance targets are met while managing inventory, repairs, and customer service within the organisation’s Afikpo center.

• Receive stock, track inventory from warehouse, and manage issuance per FIFO standards
• Maintain updated stock cards, Goods Received/Issued logs, and perform daily cycle counts
• Prepare daily on-hand stock reports and report on issued stock for replenishment
• Manage spare parts inventory, re-orders, and consolidate faulty stock for disposal
• Take custody of repair tools, perform basic checks on faulty units, and conduct warranty repairs
• Ensure store tidiness, SKU arrangement, and safety procedures at the workbench
• Welcome walk-in customers, verify warranty eligibility, and assist Energy Officers with queries
• Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain accurate digital records

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field
• 2 years’ hands-on experience in a related role
• Effective communication, people skills, and good customer focus
• Proven report-writing experience and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Team player with high levels of flexibility
• Knowledge of Sun King products and territory knowledge are added advantages
