- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Criminology, Security Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of surveillance experience in a QSR or FMCG environment.
- Familiarity with the food and confectionary industry is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing footage and identifying patterns.
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods during monitoring shifts.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
