• Monitor CCTV feeds continuously to identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
• Conduct daily reviews of high-risk operational areas and recorded footage across all restaurants.
• Report and escalate security incidents, surveillance findings, and operational risks to appropriate business units.
• Prepare monthly executive summary reports detailing surveillance activities and incidents.
• Monitor the operational status of CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment, reporting faults promptly.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of surveillance equipment by coordinating repairs and replacements.
• Identify and address operational non-compliance through video analysis.
• Maintain accurate logs of all security events and system performance issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Criminology, Security Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of surveillance experience in a QSR or FMCG environment.
• Familiarity with the food and confectionary industry is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing footage and identifying patterns.
• Excellent written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods during monitoring shifts.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
