The Systems Administrator / Cloud Operations Specialist is a dynamic and essential role responsible for maintaining the high availability, security, and performance of core server infrastructure and critical data protection strategies. This position serves as the organization's primary expert for enterprise cloud backup solutions and leverages technical expertise to directly support the innovation and deployment phases of new product lines.

• Cloud Backup and Data Protection Management (Cloud Operations)
• Enterprise System Administration (On-Premise & Virtualization)
• Product Development and Technical Support

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent demonstrated professional experience
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, or a related technical role
• Demonstrable expertise in managing a large-scale cloud-integrated backup solution (e.g., Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity, Azure Backup, AWS Backup)
• Proficiency with enterprise-level operating systems (Microsoft Windows Server and/or Linux distributions)
• Solid experience administering and supporting virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V)
