- Currently pursuing an HND or degree through an Industrial Training (IT), Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) or one-year internship programme, or recently completed a relevant programme in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare simple reports.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a factory environment.
- Ability to work with different teams and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn about furniture manufacturing and factory operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in manufacturing, production, logistics, inventory and operations.
