Job Description

Are you a high-energy recruiter with a passion for high-volume staffing and technical talent?  We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to drive our recruitment efforts for our outsourcing business unit.
At Estrada International Staffing Solutions, you will be on the front lines, ensuring our clients are supported with top-tier talent while maintaining operational excellence in staff attendance and reporting 

Key Responsibilities

  • Outsourcing Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment of staff for our outsourcing business unit, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. 
  • Technical Sourcing & Screening: Utilize expert sourcing techniques to identify candidates for Technical Recruitment roles, conducting thorough CV screening and initial assessments. 
  • Candidate Strategy Sessions: Attend and contribute to strategy sessions with candidates to align their career goals with client requirements. 
  • Operational Support: Oversee and support attendance check-ins for deployed staff to ensure compliance and operational continuity. 
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed recruitment trackers and provide regular reports on hiring progress, attendance metrics, and pipeline health.

Required Skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years of active experience in core recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • BSc. Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Technical Prowess: Proven track record in Technical Recruitment (IT, Engineering, or specialized technical roles).
  • Reporting Skills: Strong experience in generating recruitment and operational reports using Excel or similar tools. 
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while staying organized with attendance and operational checks.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal strategy teams.
