• Support the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Assist with employment documentation, offer preparation, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field (or currently completing the program).
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proximity to Ring Road and its environs.
