The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, gaining hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support in drafting and posting job advertisements.
• Participate in initial candidate screenings and interviews where required.
• Assist in employer branding activities, including career fairs and social media campaigns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and talent acquisition team.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, proactiveness, willingness to learn, teamwork, problem-solving ability, professionalism, and integrity.
