The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and experienced in recruiting across different job levels and functional areas.

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
3. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
4. Use job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
6. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
7. Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
8. Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
3. Strong experience sourcing and hiring across multiple functions.
4. Good understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn sourcing.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple recruitment requests.
7. Must be able to work a rotational Saturday schedule.
