We are currently recruiting a Talent Analyst on behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector. Minimum of 2-3 years HR experience.The Talent Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical, reporting and operational support across the
talent team, in order to achieve the objectives of talent programs and initiatives, improve people decisions,
enhance capability-building efforts, and strengthen the organization’s overall talent pipeline.
● Maintain up-to-date talent and performance data to ensure accuracy and reliable insights for
decision-making.
● Generate periodic talent, performance and learning reports by extracting data from HRIS/BI tools to
support evidence-based workforce planning and leadership decisions.
● Support and handle the logistics for talent development activities to ensure objectives are achieved.
● Support the talent team in coordinating the full performance cycle by driving communication, updating
system records and following up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of goal setting
midyear reviews and year-end evaluations.
● Support the talent team in coordinating the full career management cycle by driving communication,
following up with employees and managers, collating career profile records to ensure timely completion of
all deployed career management initiatives.
● Track performance improvement plans by monitoring timelines, supporting documentation, and preparing
progress reports to reinforce accountability and enable performance enhancement.
● Support the facilitation of talent review processes by preparing talent discussion reports and review packs
that provide leaders with clear, data-driven insights for talent actions and succession decisions
● Drive stakeholder engagement by preparing communication materials, creating presentations, and sharing
periodic updates that improve clarity, alignment and decision-maki.ng
● Participate in the recommendation of operational improvements by analysing opportunities for efficiency
and proposing enhancements that elevate the talent delivery value chain.
● Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive HR experience.
● Required certification (CIPMN, SHRM,PHRI,CIP.D)
● Very strong interpersonal skills.
