- Design and execute sophisticated Boolean, and LinkedIn Recruiter search strategies to identify, engage, and attract passive top-tier talent across all levels (from entry-level volume hires to C-suite executives).
- ⁠Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, competency-based screening interviews, and provide shortlists with insightful, data-backed recommendations.
- ⁠Own end-to-end candidate experience: from first touchpoint to offer stage, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand.
- ⁠Lead headhunting mandates on behalf of clients and the firm, working closely with the Talent Manager and Chief HR Officer.
- ⁠Continuously enrich and audit recruitment databases, dashboards, and reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- ⁠Draft compelling job adverts, outreach messages, and employer branding content that convert passive candidates.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- ⁠Minimum 2 years of proven full-cycle sourcing/recruitment experience, ideally within an HR consulting, executive search, or RPO environment.
- ⁠Demonstrable success in headhunting senior-level and niche-skilled professionals across multiple industries.
- ⁠Exceptional sourcing & headhunting craftsmanship
- ⁠Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management
