Lead & mentor a team of data engineers.
Build scalable AWS data pipelines (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
Optimize storage & processing (Postgres, Oracle, Clickhouse, QuestDB, SQL).
Ensure data quality, governance, and performance.
Collaborate with analysts & scientists to power fintech innovation.
Required Skills
7+ years in Data Engineering with proven AWS expertise.
Strong in Python, SQL, Spark & data modeling.
Skilled in Databricks, ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes & distributed processing.
Fintech/digital lending experience is a big plus.
