- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ work experience, with at least 5 years directly relevant to strategy, governance advisory, and team leadership.
- Proven experience leading strategy and governance engagements.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, Project Management and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow advisory business and manage client relationships.
