We are looking for a high-performing Team Lead, Strategy & Governance to drive business growth and deliver impactful strategy and governance advisory projects for boards, executives, and institutions across sectors.

• Drive business development and client acquisition initiatives
• Lead strategy development and implementation projects
• Deliver board evaluations, board recruitment, and board/strategy retreats
• Provide governance and strategy advisory to boards, executives, and SMEs
• Scope and manage multiple advisory projects end-to-end
• Lead and coordinate subject matter experts and consultants
• Support clients on corporate transformation and organizational effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ work experience, with at least 5 years directly relevant to strategy, governance advisory, and team leadership.
• Proven experience leading strategy and governance engagements.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, Project Management and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow advisory business and manage client relationships.
