• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the cinema.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
• Work as part of the cinema operations team.
• Carry out various operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

• Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or entertainment is an advantage but not mandatory.
