• Facilitate the administration and upkeep of Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Deliver initial-level assistance to employees regarding email functionality, collaboration platforms, and permission access.
• Manage user lifecycle events, such as setting up new accounts and revoking access during offboarding.
• Track system activity and identify potential inefficiencies or recurring technical problems.
• Acquire proficiency in constructing basic applications via Power Apps and contribute to their creation.
• Collaborate with various departments to design and implement digital tools that streamline business workflows.
• Participate in the testing phases and deployment of low-code applications to ensure functionality.
