We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging facilitators to lead instruction in our core tech programs. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering curriculum content, guiding hands-on projects, mentoring learners, and inspiring the next wave of tech talent in Nigeria.

This is an ideal role for industry professionals, educators, or seasoned practitioners who enjoy teaching, have strong communication skills, and are committed to student success.

Available Facilitation Roles

We are currently hiring facilitators for the following programs:

1. Web Development (Frontend, Backend, or Full-Stack)
2. Cybersecurity
3. Product Design (UI/UX)
4. Virtual Assistance
5. Digital Marketing
 

* Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for assigned tech programs, both "online and in-person" at our Jabi, Abuja facility.
* Prepare session plans, presentations, exercises, and projects aligned with the program curriculum.
* Facilitate interactive discussions, workshops, and hands-on labs to enhance practical learning.
* Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support to learners throughout the program.
* Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and practical evaluations.
* Stay updated with industry trends and tools to ensure training content remains relevant.
* Collaborate with the Digiliftech curriculum and operations teams to continuously improve the learning experience.

* Proven expertise and professional experience in one or more of the listed fields (Web Development, Cybersecurity, Product Design, Virtual Assistance, or Digital Marketing).
* Previous teaching, training, or facilitation experience is highly preferred.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
* Patient, approachable, and passionate about mentoring others.
* Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as required by the program timetable.
* Must be based in or around "Abuja", with the ability to facilitate sessions "onsite in Jabi when required".
* Relevant industry certifications or a strong portfolio of work is a plus.
