Job Description

NerdzFactory is expanding its technology sales team and is hiring two Tech Sales Interns (Zoho Solutions) to support the sales and revenue growth of Zoho Workplace solutions. This is a performance-driven commercial role for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, and Technology Sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, booking demos, supporting sales conversations, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

· Job Location: Ogudu, Lagos State
· Job Level: Entry Level
· Job Type: Full-Time Hybrid (6 months probation)
· Reporting to: Business Operations Lead
· Compensation: Competitive Stipend + Commission

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  · Identify and reach out to SMEs and growing businesses.
  · Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  · Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
  · Qualify prospects and book product demo sessions.
2. Sales Execution Support
  · Assist in delivering product presentations and demos.
  · Follow up on proposals and negotiations.
  · Support deal closure processes.
  · Maintain accurate records of sales conversations.
3. Revenue Contribution
  · Meet assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
  · Support cross-sell opportunities within SME networks.
  · Track personal sales performance and commission earnings.
4. CRM & Reporting
  · Update CRM systems with lead and sales activity.
  · Provide weekly pipeline updates.
  · Track lead conversion metrics.

Required Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Confidence speaking with business decision-makers.
· Basic understanding of sales processes or willingness to learn.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
· Goal-oriented mindset and comfortable with performance targets.
· Ideal for: NYSC corps members, NJFP fellows, recent graduates, or early-career professionals interested in tech, SaaS, or B2B sales.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

· Previous sales experience (even campus sales or internships).
· Experience selling SaaS or digital products.
· Familiarity with Zoho, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.
· Experience using CRM tools.
