Job Description

This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute and trusted professional to provide strategic and operational support to the executive office. The successful candidate will support executive coordination, strategic analysis, research, and execution of key initiatives in a fast-paced, high-level environment.

  • Job Location: Jibowu, Lagos or Victoria Island, Lagos
  • Salary: ₦6.6m – ₦8.4m net per annum (plus performance bonus, deal bonus, and long-term incentive)
  • Employment Type: Full-time

About the Company

Recruten is conducting a confidential executive search for a reputable organization in the financial services, principal investment, and asset management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to the GMD/CEO across strategic, operational, and executive priorities
  • Prepare board papers, executive briefs, presentations, reports, memos, and other decision-support materials to a high professional standard
  • Conduct business research, market intelligence, sector reviews, and analytical assessments to support executive decision-making
  • Track key initiatives, action points, and priority deliverables across business functions to ensure effective follow-through
  • Coordinate briefing materials, talking points, and pre-read packs for leadership meetings, board engagements, and strategic sessions
  • Manage confidential correspondence, sensitive documentation, and executive information flow with discretion and precision
  • Support stakeholder engagement and internal coordination across senior teams and strategic functions
  • Assist with financial, operational, and performance reporting where required
  • Serve as a key coordination point between the executive office and relevant stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of Second Class Upper in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience across financial services, investment, consulting, strategy, executive office, or other high-performance corporate environments
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capability
  • Proven ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing notes, and executive materials
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational ability, professional presence, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment
