- Bachelor's degree with minimum of Second Class Upper in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience across financial services, investment, consulting, strategy, executive office, or other high-performance corporate environments
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capability
- Proven ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing notes, and executive materials
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability, professional presence, and stakeholder coordination skills
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment
