- Graduate with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Technical Support processes.
- At least 1 year of specific experience as a Technical Leader within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Proven people management and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for investigating and resolving complex customer support tickets.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently under significant time pressure.
