Farm Proxy Ltd is an agricultural enterprise seeking a Technical Production Lead to oversee farm production activities from nursery establishment to harvest. The organization provides off-site accommodation and a company motorcycle for mobility between the office, residence, and farm sites within their Ibadan operations.

• Oversee all farm production activities from nursery establishment through to harvest
• Develop and execute comprehensive production plans aligned with seasonal cycles
• Implement field operations including planting, irrigation, and cultivation practices
• Monitor crop health and implement effective pest and disease management strategies
• Supervise farm workers and ensure productivity standards are consistently met
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inputs, and outputs
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Agronomic Practices (GAP) across all operations
• Conduct regular field inspections and report on crop progress to management
• Manage inventory of agricultural inputs and coordinate timely procurement
• Train farm staff on best practices and safety protocols

• HND or B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in horticultural or vegetable production
• Strong technical knowledge of modern crop production techniques
• Proven leadership skills for managing farm labor teams effectively
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Akobo, Ibadan with provided accommodation
• Willingness to utilize company motorcycle for daily farm mobility
• Commitment to sustainable farming practices and quality yield targets
