Job Description

The role of technical Support is to be able to travel within their state to provide service and support to users of the ImmuNigeria system (teams of health workers).  Location: Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Kaduna, Kwara, Niger, Yobe. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. 

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a healthcare. 
  • Ideal candidates must be Familiar with Android operating systems and mobile application troubleshooting. 
  • Familiarity with web-based management portals. 

Skills: 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
