- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written)
- 1–2 years experience in Technical Support Engineer or Product Support Engineer role
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux systems
- Strong hardware troubleshooting experience
- Understanding of hardware–software interactions
- Experience working with logs and basic data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Reliable personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM)
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
