The Telesales Officer will make outbound calls to prospects, follow up on inquiries, sell financial products, maintain customer relationships, and achieve daily sales targets while working six days a week from the organisation’s Ikeja office.

• Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Fully On-Site; Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: ₦100,000 to ₦150,000 Monthly + Sales Commission (0.2% - 0.5%)

A financial services company is seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Officer to drive revenue through outbound calling and lead conversion. This fully onsite role offers competitive base pay plus uncapped commission for persuasive professionals who thrive in high-volume phone sales environments within the Ikeja business district.

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
• Follow up consistently on warm leads and inbound inquiries to maximize conversion rates
• Present and sell company financial services persuasively over the phone
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage retention and referrals
• Achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales targets through persistent effort
• Record accurate call notes and update CRM systems after each interaction
• Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively during conversations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market response to management regularly

• Minimum of OND or HND qualification in any discipline
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear diction and professional tone
• Comfortable and confident conducting phone-based sales conversations all day
• Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet quantitative performance goals
• Persuasive personality capable of building rapport quickly with strangers
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude throughout shifts
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and CRM navigation
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday without exception
