• Participating in structured training programs, workshops, and courses to develop technical and soft skills, and acquire industry knowledge
• Shadowing experienced staff members and mentors to understand job duties, workflows, and best practices
• Rotating through different departments or functions to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities within the organization
• Assisting with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives, conducting research, analysis, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members
• Attending meetings, seminars, and team-building events to expand knowledge and build professional relationships
