This Quidax Foundry Early Career Program role is a 12-month early-careers programme for people who want to build something real in crypto and fintech. The Trainee will rotate through two four-month stretches on teams solving live problems before spending the final two months owning a project end to end. Day-to-day work covers hands-on problem solving, project ownership, and collaboration across tech, product, growth, and customer experience teams.

• Solve real business problems across different teams through rotational assignments
• Build automated tools, models, or campaigns that move the needle
• Own a project end to end in the final two months of the programme

• Contribute directly to the company's goals across tech, product, growth, and customer experience

• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 from any background (not restricted to STEM or Finance degrees)
