A company in the travel and tourism sector is urgently hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join its Operations team.

• Process flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, and cancellations.
• Advise clients on fares, schedules, and travel requirements.
• Liaise with airlines and GDS platforms to confirm reservations.
• Handle ticket changes and rebooking requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client bookings.
• Resolve ticketing-related issues and escalate where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and industry regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field with a minimum of 1–4 years of experience in a ticketing or travel operations role.
• Graduate of an aviation school is an added advantage.
• Experience with Amadeus or other GDS/airline booking platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
