• Book, issue, reissue, revalidate and refund tickets on Amadeus and other booking platforms
• Advise clients on routes, fares, baggage rules and travel documents
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Hit monthly sales targets and grow the client base
• Keep accurate booking records and daily sales reports

• OND, HND or B.Sc. in Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the travel industry (compulsory)
• Strong proficiency in Amadeus and other travel applications
• IATA or Amadeus certification (added advantage)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-service skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
