We are seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Specialist with proven expertise in Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms. You will manage end-to-end travel bookings, issue tickets accurately, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is based in Lagos.

Location: Lagos

· Handle flight reservations, ticketing, and fare quotations using Amadeus/Galileo
· Advise clients on optimal travel routes and pricing
· Process modifications, cancellations, and refunds promptly

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a travel agency or airline
· Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo is mandatory
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail
