TRAINEE ENGINEERS

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trainee Engineer role based in Lagos. Trainee Engineers will gain hands-on experience by supporting engineering projects, collaborating with senior engineers, and contributing to the design, implementation, and evaluation of solutions. 

Responsibilities include learning and applying best practices, assisting in project monitoring, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while participating in training and development programs.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in engineering principles and technical knowledge relevant to the Oil and Gas or Industrial Infrastructure sectors
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating project requirements and designing solutions
- Must be computer-literate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of project management practices and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields)
- Have WASC/GCE ’O’ Level with a minimum of 5 credits (including English & Mathematics at one sitting).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Prior internship or entry-level industry experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Year of graduation must not be earlier than 2022
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must not be more than 28 years old.
