• Participate in structured training programs to understand Oracle Fusion applications and technical architecture.
• Learn development tools including Oracle SOA Suite, Integration Cloud, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team under supervision.
• Exposure to ERP or Oracle technologies during coursework or internships is preferred.
