• Resource and place top talents with top companies
• Find talents using a range of methodologies
• Develop existing relationships with candidates
• Resource new candidates through networking, headhunting, and database work
• Develop skills to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Build new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
• Advertise for roles using specific client requirements
• Prepare candidates for interviews
• Keep up to date with clients' specific requirements
• Give candidate interview feedback

• Must belong to NYSC 2026
• Strong negotiation skills
• Must understand the sales process (two-way sales)
• Smart, focused, and passionate (no prior experience required)
• Must be very technology-savvy
• Excellent communication skills
• Very detail-oriented
