Job Description

We are seeking a Training Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth while undergoing structured, hands-on training in business development and sales leadership. This role is suited for a commercially minded professional eager to grow into a full Business Development Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Generate leads, convert prospects, and close sales deals
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and client agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of products, services, and market dynamics
