We are seeking a results‑driven Training Lead to manage and grow our training programs. We deliver training both to the public and to corporate clients on request. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving registration through effective marketing and client engagement.

* Plan, manage, and oversee all training programs (public and corporate).
* Drive participant registration and ensure high attendance rates.
* Develop strategies to market training programs and attract new participants.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and training partners.
* Monitor training performance, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.
* Report training activities, registrations, and revenue generation to management.

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training management, learning & development, or HR consulting.
* Proven track record of driving registrations and revenue through training programs.
* Strong marketing, communication, and client relationship skills.
* Ability to design, manage, and evaluate training initiatives.
* Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
