The Training/Programs Intern will coordinate training programmes and schedules, support trainers and facilitators, and help create smooth training experiences for trainees.

SAHA Africa – The Service Arts & Hospitality Academy operates in the hospitality training and development sector, delivering programmes and workshops for service professionals. The academy focuses on learning experiences, trainee coordination, and people development. • Coordinate training programmes and schedules.
• Support trainers and facilitators.
• Manage trainee communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain training documentation and records.
• Support workshops, events and training sessions.
• Assist with training materials, certificates and other programme requirements.

• BSc or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for Learning & Development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Event coordination experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of tools such as Canva is an advantage.
