We are seeking a highly meticulous and compliance-driven Travel Documentation Compliance Officer to join our Customer Success team. This role is central to ensuring that all client travel, visa, and immigration documentation is processed accurately and in strict adherence to embassy and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate understands that precision in documentation is not optional — it is critical to client success and business integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and verify travel, visa, and immigration documentation in line with embassy and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local and international travel and immigration regulations.
  • Conduct detailed documentation audits to prevent errors, misrepresentation, or non-compliance.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, refusals, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor updates to visa and immigration policies and provide timely guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers within the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and professional ethics at all times.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of a BSc degree.
  • At least 3 years' proven experience processing travel and/or visa documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of embassy documentation standards and compliance processes.
  • Experience with immigration programmes (e.g., Canada Permanent Residency) will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and professional judgment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
