Key Responsibilities

Client Booking Support

  • Assist with booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services for clients.
  • Double-check availability and pricing before confirming bookings.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Follow up with airlines, hotels, and local/international tour partners to confirm arrangements.
  • Help build and maintain a vendor database with updated contact details.

Itinerary & Document Preparation

  • Help draft personalised travel itineraries based on client requests.
  • Prepare and organise travel documents such as tickets, visas, hotel confirmations, and insurance.

Client Communication

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp promptly.
  • Send booking updates, confirmations, and reminders to clients.

Payment & Record Tracking

  • Keep records of payments, invoices, and receipts under the supervision of the team.
  • Update internal spreadsheets to track progress.

Issue Resolution

  • Support in handling changes, cancellations, or emergency client issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Travel Operations Manager promptly.

Professional Conduct

  • Represent Royeli Tours and Travel with professionalism in all interactions.
  • Follow internal guidelines and instructions from your supervisor diligently.

Required Skills

  • Recently graduated from a Tourism program or Aviation School.
  • Strong interest in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Basic knowledge of travel booking tools (Amadeus, Sabre, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
