Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and file U.S. immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation accurately.
  • Draft and review legal documents including declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and client correspondence.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to gather information, request evidence, provide updates, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital case files for efficient retrieval and management.
  • Manage and update legal CRM systems including PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com.
  • Track filing deadlines meticulously and monitor case progress to prevent missed timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff on case strategy and workflow optimization.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, organization, and work product quality.
  • Consistently meet performance expectations for quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination for complex immigration matters.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree (Mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience handling U.S. immigration cases (Required).
  • Demonstrated expertise preparing and managing U.S. immigration petitions and applications.
  • Proficiency in legal case management/CRM software: Docketwise, PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Pipefile, or similar (Required).
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities for high-volume caseloads.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple strict deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting productivity goals in fast-paced legal environments.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance work efficiency (Highly Preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for U.S. legal standards.
