• Minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university
• Completion of NYSC (or exemption) or currently about to commence NYSC
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships inclusive) in finance, consulting, asset management, audit/advisory, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated interest in finance, investments, or business strategy (through coursework, certifications, competitions, or extracurricular activities)
• Progress toward or completion of CFA, ICAN, ACCA, or similar certifications is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
