Job Description

The Vehicle Inventory Officer will manage vehicle check-ins/check-outs, document vehicle conditions, maintain inventory records, escalate operational issues, and ensure proper tracking and accountability of workshop inventory and customer vehicles.

  • Job Location: General Paint Bus-stop, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos (Must reside around Sangotedo, Ajah, or Abraham Adesanya axis)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: ₦165,000 Gross + HMO + Pension + Performance Bonus

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Check in and check out vehicles accurately.
  • Record intake and delivery videos/photos of vehicles.
  • Document vehicle conditions, damages, missing items, and accessories.
  • Escalate vehicle or operational issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow up consistently until issues are resolved.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions before and after work, Wrap/PPF inventory, operational inventory, and other inventory-related documentation.
  • Upload and organize inventory records properly.
  • Conduct inventory tracking, stock monitoring, periodic stock counts, and audits.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in the automobile industry.
  • Good knowledge of vehicles and vehicle components.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues proactively.
  • Must reside around Sangotedo, Ajah, or Abraham Adesanya axis.
  • Smart and professional appearance.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
