• Review and analyze address verification pictures and reports submitted by sales agents and verification agents.
• Approve or decline verification submissions based on company verification criteria.
• Review verification reports on third-party vendor platforms used by the company.
• Liaise with verification agents and provide them with relevant customer details for verification visits.
• Ensure verification submissions meet GPS, landmark, and image quality requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies or suspicious information and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure verifications are completed within the required turnaround time (TAT).

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in field verification, dispatch riding, or a similar role.
• Experience in field verification, operations, or related admin/fintech role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in reports/images.
• Ability to review verification photos against set standards (GPS, landmarks, image quality).
• Basic understanding of loan/credit verification processes.
• Good communication skills to liaise with field/sales agents.
• Ability to use verification tools, dashboards, and mobile/GPS applications.
• Strong judgment to identify suspicious information and escalate when needed.
• Ability to work within strict turnaround time (TAT) deadlines.
