We seek a visionary Vice President of Business Development to lead our growth strategy, partnerships, and operations, positioning the bank as a top-tier digital financial institution. This role requires a bold thinker with both entrepreneurial energy and financial discipline.

1. Drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
2. Identify and execute new revenue streams within the fintech and digital banking ecosystem.
3. Oversee operations, ensuring compliance with CBN and NDIC regulations.
4. Collaborate with product and technology teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.
5. Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing business development teams.
6. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in banking, fintech, or financial services, with at least 4 years in leadership.
3. Proven success in scaling business operations and driving partnerships.
4. Strong understanding of digital banking operations and compliance frameworks.
5. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and execution capabilities.
6. Data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced, high-growth environments.
