• Create engaging video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Capture and edit high-quality videos of properties, project sites, client testimonials, and company activities
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Manage company social media platforms and maintain consistent online presence
• Create content calendars and schedule posts across all digital channels
• Run and monitor social media and online advertising campaigns effectively
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed marketing reports
• Stay updated on real estate industry trends and digital marketing best practices

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
• Proven experience in video content creation and digital marketing execution
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Knowledge of social media management and paid digital advertising platforms
• Strong photography, videography, and visual storytelling skills
• Creative mindset with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
